Job summary

Dunelm in Wakefield is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a passionate team on the shop floor. You will turn every shelf and display into an inviting, sales-driving experience, acting as the visual merchandiser and store leader.

You will coach colleagues, maintain high standards, and partner with the Leadership Team to deliver the Engagement Action Plan. The role demands energy, attention to detail, and a love for great design in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Plan each day so everyone knows what they’re doing and why it matters.
• Support wellbeing check-ins and store succession planning.
• Help bring the Engagement Action Plan to life.
• Get out on the shopfloor with the Store Coach to spot wins and fix snags.
• Grow the team by coaching and mentoring tomorrow’s leaders.
