Job summary

JD Sports in Bracknell is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding experiences daily, greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock and maintain high service standards. You will contribute energy and teamwork on the shop floor and help customers feel valued as part of a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll handle till tasks, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure safety and shop guidelines are followed while learning new skills and growing within the business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished - making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
