Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. JD Group offers ample opportunities for career development for motivated individuals interested in progressing their careers.

Responsibilities

• Providing knowledgeable and seamless customer service.
• Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to meet sales and KPI targets by being knowledgeable about current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
• Driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Using in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
• Offering alternatives and upselling at every opportunity.
• Replenishing stock levels and ensuring the full-size range is available on the shop floor.
• Ensuring correct product pricing.
• Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or performing other duties as required.
• Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
• Conducting work safely and responsibly.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Actively driving sales to support the store in achieving financial goals.
• Ensuring timely and accurate stock replenishment for optimal product availability.
