Job summary

Dunelm Jersey is seeking a Deputy Store Manager (Customer Experience Coach) to lead stock control, campaigns and day-to-day store operations. You will deputise for the Store Coach in their absence and drive a superb shopping experience for customers.

Join a team of around 30 colleagues, lead three Team Leaders, and ensure strong stock availability and pricing. You will foster a high-performing culture and deliver exceptional store standards.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail, commercially driven and hands-on.
• Flexible part-time days; ideally Mon, Fri and Sat or Sun.
• Proven background in developing business performance and exceeding KPIs.
• Passion for stock management.
• Focus on delivering unrivalled customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Trade the store to drive sales through weekly merchandising and campaigns.
• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience via pricing and product recovery.
• Embed stock routines to maintain high stock integrity and warehouse processes.
• Lead by example to create a positive culture and engaged team.
• Direct line management of 3 Team Leaders and a ~30-strong staff.
• Support the Store Coach and cover store operations in their absence.
