Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation across the shop floor.
• Ensure fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and support stock and delivery preparation.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the day-to-day running of the store and assist with additional duties.
