Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Store Detective to join our security team across Erdington, Solihull, Coventry and Halesowen. The role offers a salary of £33,000 with a 50-hour weekly pattern and shifts across weeks.

You’ll observe, deter and arrest criminals, liaise with police, and report incidents accurately. A valid SIA licence and a full UK driving licence are essential, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Customer-facing experience with strong customer service background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, GCSE or equivalent in English.
