GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a 7.5 Tonne/Class 2 Driver for our Store to Home team in Norwich (NR6 5JS). This full-time, permanent role runs on a two-week rotating shift pattern starting at 11:00, with 40 hours per week.

Competitive pay varies by licence type and includes overtime opportunities and benefits. You will deliver with a two-person team, maintain accurate driving records, and ensure correct delivery documentation while providing excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence with category C1 entitlement.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to undergo DBS check.
• Be prepared to commute to Norwich for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a two-person team delivering products to customer premises (rooms of choice) with an average of 16 drops per day off-peak and 24 drops per day in peak season.
• Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries as required by WTD regulations.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
• Ensure products are checked off the vehicle and customers receive correct products and delivery documents.
• Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and handle issues politely and clearly.
