Job summary

GXO is seeking a skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our Store to Home team in Plymouth (PL6 5US). You will work in a two-person delivery crew, handling multidrop routes to customer premises with an average of 16 drops off-peak and 24 drops per day in peak.

There is a two-week rotating shift pattern and a 40-hour work week. The role offers a base hourly rate of £13.92, with overtime (£20.88/hr when applicable), ongoing CPC training, holiday pay and a workplace pension, and access to GXO University

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Experience in multidrop/store deliveries is preferred.
• Willingness to commute to Plymouth for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customer premises as part of a two-person team with an average of 16 drops off-peak and 24 drops per day in peak.
• Maintain accurate driving/working time records per WTD regulations.
• Operate company vehicles safely and legally, ensuring correct delivery documentation.
• Inform customers of ETA and communicate courteously when issues arise.
