Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for our Nottingham store-to-home team. The role is full-time and permanent, with a rotating two-week shift pattern (Week 1: Mon–Fri, Week 2: Tue–Sat) starting at 07:00 and totaling 40 hours per week.

You will deliver products on a multidrop basis, maintain Tachomaster time records, and ensure safe, legal vehicle operation while providing excellent customer service. Nottingham NG2 1RU location.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to undertake DBS check.
• Be prepared to commute to Nottingham (NG2 1RU) for the required shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Delivering products to customer premises on multidrop basis – ~16 drops per day off peak and 24 drops per day in peak season.
• Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
• Ensure all products are checked off the vehicle and the customer receives the correct products and documents.
• Keep customers informed of ETA and communicate any issues politely.
