Job summary

GXO Logistics in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced 7.5T/Class 2 Delivery Driver to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers 48 hours per week, five days out of seven, with start times between 05:00 and 06:00, delivering bathroom products to warehouses and showrooms.

You will be responsible for safe vehicle operation, routine checks, and daily deliveries, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with LGV/HGV Class 2 or 7.5 tonne grandfather rights.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle and comply with road regulations
• Complete 9-16 daily deliveries of bathroom products
• Process and record customer returns
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and tachograph records
• Ensure loads are securely stored
