Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking colleagues to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You will provide friendly, natural service, help customers, and support store operations across shelf replenishment, checkout, and online order picking.

We offer flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum weekly commitment and opportunities to learn and grow within our inclusive team. Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour and rises to £14.55 in M25 stores, with additional payments in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• To build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
