Who Are We?

We are Pets at Home. If you love pets, you might be familiar with our Pet Care Centres, which offer services like Grooming and Vet practices across the UK. Our centres are community-focused, working with local pet owners and supporting local pets.

Role Overview

Your role is central to our pet care centres, ensuring customers have an excellent experience that fosters loyalty and distinguishes our brand. As a Store Colleague, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations daily, maintaining high standards of pet care, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 7 days a week. A minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential for more during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable, but not essential.
• Willing to undertake 6 months of industry-leading training covering pet handling, customer service, and health and safety.
