Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their careers.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
  2. Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices and maximizing product sales, including add-ons.
  3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.
  4. Support store operations by assisting in various departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
  5. Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Keep stock levels optimal and shelves appealing.
  8. Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members to meet store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Ensure stock is replenished and displays are maintained.
Skills and Experience
  • Positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Enthusiasm for personal development and learning new skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
