Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal for those motivated by progression and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
• Drive sales by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
• Maintain visual standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, stocked, and displays are organized.
• Support store operations, assist in other departments, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
• Keep stock levels optimal and shelves appealing.
• Address customer queries professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Reach upselling and cross-selling goals.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure stock is replenished and well-organized.
