The role emphasizes engaging the store team, supporting development and training, and coordinating recruitment and people-related tasks to deliver excellent retail experience.

Qualifications

• Managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can energize a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations and team activities.
• Experience supervising store operations and frontline teams in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the forecourt and store operations, including the in-store cafe, and manage daily activities.
• Prioritize safety of customers and staff in line with bp policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, age restrictions and forecourt regulations.
• Support with team management, development, training, recruitment and other people-related tasks.
