Barnardo\'s is looking for a Store Associate to support a busy retail environment and assist the store manager in daily operations.

You will help maintain high presentation standards, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while learning to lead a team of colleagues. This role offers training, development, and promotion opportunities within Barnardo\'s.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
