Job summary

Barnardo's in Flint is seeking a Store Associate to support a busy charity shop. You will help run the store, deliver friendly customer service and work as part of a team to achieve targets, while presenting excellent standards of presentation.

You will step in to supervise in the manager's absence, learn how to lead your colleagues, and participate in full training and development that Barnardo's offers, including progression prospects and a pension benefit.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Good communication and willingness to learn to lead a small team.
• Ability to stay organised in a busy retail environment.
