Job summary

Barnardo's is looking for a Store Manager in Hartlepool to inspire and lead a team, drive sales and ensure top standards of presentation and customer service. Your role will focus on coaching staff, achieving store targets and delivering a memorable shopping experience for customers.

You will be an experienced people manager with strong communication and organisational skills, supported by a full training and development package, promotion prospects, pension and benefits.
