Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to be the go-to person on shift, leading from the front while supporting your team and delivering a brilliant in-store experience for customers.

You will work across all areas of the store, from showroom design to order fulfilment, drive sales and service, and help ensure safety and operational excellence while developing your leadership skills.

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.

• Experience in retail or trades is desirable.
