Wickes is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead on shift, support the team and ensure a brilliant customer experience across our stores. You’ll move between design, sales and operations, taking ownership and inspiring colleagues.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, a customer-facing background, and the ability to balance service with store priorities. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to support nearby stores are included.
