Wickes is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for a fast-paced, hands-on role. You will lead from the front, support your team, and ensure everyday store operations run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll be involved across all store areas, support the Store Manager in their absence, and drive results through sales and service. A driving licence and flexibility to travel nearby stores are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, trade, or similar environment is essential.
