Job summary

Toolstation in Newport is offering a Store Apprentice role where you earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, stock, merchandising, business operations and safety procedures.

No prior retail experience required; you’ll receive training, support from your Store Manager and an apprenticeship coach, and opportunities to move up within the Travis Perkins Group as you develop.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks - be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
