Job summary

Toolstation Ltd on the Isle of Wight is recruiting a Store Apprentice for 20 hours per week. You’ll learn on the job, supported by an apprenticeship coach, gaining experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, operations and safety.

You’ll engage customers, handle deliveries and stock, and contribute to a close-knit team. Apprentice wage applies for 12 months, then National Minimum/Living Wage as you progress through the course.

Isle of Wight- Store Apprentice- 20 hours.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.

Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks - be prepared to roll up your sleeves! Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well-organised store, ensuring everything is ready for our customers and safe for our colleagues.

Learn while working: Set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach
