Job summary

Toolstation in Lincoln is seeking a Store Apprentice to work 20 hours per week. You’ll live locally and be able to commute easily to the store, with early starts and late finishes as our doors open from 7 AM to 8 PM.

You’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and everyday store operations, with support from your Store Manager and an apprenticeship coach to guide your progress.

• Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves! There's a real family feel here and we all pitch in as part of a close-knit team. And since there's always loads of support from those around you, you'll never feel like you're struggling.
• Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for our customers and safe for our colleagues.
• Learn while working: Set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach
