Job summary

Toolstation in Kenley is hiring a Store Apprentice for 20 hours per week. You’ll learn on the job, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising and store operations, while earning as you learn.

You’ll join a fast-growing retailer with an award-winning apprenticeship programme. You’ll help with deliveries, stock, and safety procedures, with coursework supported by your Store Manager and apprenticeship coach.

• No retail experience required, willingness to learn and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their needs to provide excellent service.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks - be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
