Job summary

Invision Group is seeking an experienced Factory Foreman / Supervisor for our stone worktops production. The role entails supervising daily factory operations, coordinating production, and driving quality and safety across the team.

We require proven supervision experience in stone fabrication and strong organisational skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for progression and a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the stone worktop industry.
• Experience supervising or managing a factory/production team.
• Strong knowledge of stone fabrication processes (granite, quartz, porcelain).
• Ability to plan production schedules and allocate jobs.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily factory operations.
• Allocate jobs and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate production schedules with office and sites.
• Lead, motivate, and support the factory team.
• Monitor quality to meet standards.
• Ensure machinery is operated safely and maintained.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment per H&S rules.
• Manage stock levels of materials and consumables.
• Identify issues and implement efficiency improvements.
• Assist with staff training and development.
