Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Delivery Manager for our UK stores. You will lead and inspire a team to prioritise stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieving performance targets. You will be supported from day one with development opportunities, and flexible working options are available.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong communication across store teams. You will drive continuous improvements and ensure stock is presented and available for customers as quickly as possible.
