Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Delivery Manager for our store operations in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team to prioritise stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will coach and motivate staff, collaborate with store management and maintain high standards of stock presentation. Flexible working options are available and personal development is encouraged from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient environment where performance targets are achieved.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management when needed.
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team is at the core of everything you do.
• Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continually improving, identifying and solving problems.
• Always strive to ensure stock is presented well and available to customers as soon as possible.
