Job summary

ME+EM is seeking a Stock Room Controller to ensure efficient deliveries, recalls, stock counts and stock takes. You will keep the stockroom organised, safe and easy to navigate, working independently while supporting back-office admin duties.

Responsibilities include unpacking deliveries, labeling, maintaining stock processes, and collaborating on system rollouts. A fast-paced retail environment and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organisational skills essential.
• Experience in retail or stock roles beneficial.
• Ability to work at pace in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Off floor operational tasks
• Expert in stock and till processes
• Prioritising merch actions when necessary
• Deliveries unpacked, checked, labelled and placed in stockroom
• Stock labelled and stored correctly
• Stockroom Health & Safety compliant
• Manage stock inventory and movement
• Work with Compliance and Training Coordinator
• Support rollout of new systems
• Prepare and steam daily replenishment
• Understand product range and style names
• Attend all stock takes
• Brand representative at all times
• Contribute to store KPIs
