Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Stock & Systems Integrity Controller at Skelmersdale. You will maintain stock and systems integrity and lead the Depot Support team to meet site requirements.

Working hours are Monday-Friday with rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). Salary £30,000 per annum, with responsibilities including SAP/WMS reconciliation, Autostore alarms and month-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and reconcile SAP vs WMS differences daily.
• Reprocess failed IDOCs from Autostore to SAP.
• Ensure pallets reach final destinations within 24 hours.
• Monitor Autostore alarms and act promptly.
• Support month-end reporting with the Depot Manager.
• Maintain KPI targets and compliance.
• Manage disposal and animal feed loads.
• Test new system releases.
• Uphold hi bay check process contracts.

We are currently seeking a Stock & Systems Integrity Controller to join our Operations team at ourSkelmersdale site on a full time permanent basis!

Working hours:Monday-Friday, (rotating shifts of 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am).

Salary:£30,000 per annum.

As a Stock & Systems Integrity Controller you willcontribute to the success of the Skelmersdale site by maintaining Stock & Systems integrity whilst delivering a high level of customer service. As well as leading and developing the Depot Support team ensuring site requirements are achieved.

Key Duties of a Stock & Systems Integrity Controller:

• All differences between SAP & WMS to be investigated and reconciled on a daily basis.
• All failed IDOC’s sent from Autostore to SAP to be reprocessed.
• Ensure that no pallets are in transit for greater than 24 hours and that ultimately all pallets reach their final destination.
• Ensure all relevant Autostore alarms are monitored and actioned in a timely manner.
• Month end reporting in conjunction with the Depot Support Manager.
• Ensure KPI targets are maintained – taking appropriate action to ensure compliance.
• Management of disposal and animal feed loads.
• System testing for new releases.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met with regards to hi bay check processes.

• Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent numeric skills.
• Must be a team player that is capable of working on their own initiative.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and tenacity.
• Working Knowledge of both SAP and Autostore.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.
