Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Stock Manager to lead stock operations and drive performance across our store. You will oversee back-of-house processes, help the team deliver fast, accurate stock handling, and ensure top-notch customer experiences online and in-store.

You will inspire, coach and develop your staff to achieve targets in a dynamic retail environment, while maintaining a calm, proactive, and collaborative approach. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store management team across back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
• Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment with targets met.
• Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities, adapting to change.
• Ensure up-to-date, accurate communication to meet business needs.
