NEXT is seeking a Stock Manager to lead and inspire a successful team, prioritising performance targets while delivering a fast-paced, rewarding store and online experience for customers. You will drive stock processes, coach staff, and ensure accurate operations across back-of-house and customer-facing activities.

You will manage a team to meet targets, communicate effectively with the Store Manager, adapt to change, and contribute to a positive, results-driven store culture.
