Luton Retail Park is seeking a Stock Manager to support the growth of our online business and ensure customers receive the best online experience and service. You will lead and coach your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returns are refunded quickly or stock is packed and ready to fulfil online orders.

In this role you will work with the Store Manager to drive accurate stock processes, foster a motivated team, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a team.
• Excellent communication across store areas and with management.
• Ability to prioritise, plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach with a calm, approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to achieve performance targets and stock accuracy.
• Support the store management team across back-of-house areas and coordinate stock processes.
• Ensure stock is packaged and ready to fulfil online orders and manage refunds for returns where needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and adapt to changing business needs.
