Job Type: 18-month contract

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office-based

The Role:

1. Contact suppliers to discuss buy-back of stock, buy or return agreements, auction, and purchase of non-moving/overstock.
2. Coordinate with the Fulfilment Centre of Expertise team on stock buy-back, agreements, auctions, and overstock purchases.
3. Arrange supplier visits, providing data and information to facilitate discussions and agreements.
4. Provide data and reports to support inventory reduction discussions, including min/max recommendations.
5. Update teams on progress towards inventory reduction targets through reports and data analysis.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in project management and self-direction.
2. Knowledge of inventory management principles.
3. Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
4. Organized, able to meet deadlines.
5. Strong communication and influencing skills.
6. Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs and data analysis functions).
