Position

The Stock Keeper

The Stock Keeper manages the correct handling of products both incoming and outgoing, following the Company standards. Supports the Store Manager and the store team with stock-related needs and store management. Assists Sales Associates on the sales floor with product replenishment to maximize sales and organizes product storage efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensures accurate data entry of incoming and outgoing goods into the Company IT system, monitors, and prepares necessary tax documentation following company procedures.
2. Checks incoming goods against delivery notes and prepares products for the selling floor, including security tags application.
3. Maintains organized stock and ensures clear warehouse organization for the entire sales team.
4. Maintains order and cleanliness in store stock and stock areas, following Stock/Store Manager and Company guidelines.
5. Keeps all products in stock tidy and presentable to support the sales team effectively.
6. Manages inventory activities according to Company guidelines.
7. Is responsible for product and material security in stock.
8. Handles products to be repaired.
9. Coordinates with external suppliers and manages shipments to customers, factories, or other stores, adhering to Company and Store Manager guidelines.
10. Maintains contact with shipping teams and couriers to ensure proper shipping procedures and timing.
11. Supports the sales team in reaching targets and maximizing sales by providing accurate stock information.
12. Assists the sales team during the post-sales phase.
13. Manages activities related to end-of-season returns, following Store Manager guidelines.
14. Ensures proper documentation and archiving of shipping notes and related records.

Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in Luxury Retail.
• Experience at Harrods is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented personality.
• Fluent in English.
