Job description

Position

The Stock Keeper manages the correct product handling both incoming and outgoing, following the Company standards. Supports the Store Manager and the store team in all the necessities linked to the stock and to the store management. He/she supports the Sales Associates in the sales floor for product replenishment to maximize sales and sets up product storage in a functional way.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures data entry of incoming and outgoing goods in the Company IT system, monitoring and preparing necessary tax documentation according to company procedures.
  • Checks incoming goods against delivery notes and prepares products for the selling floor (e.g., security tags application).
  • Maintains organized stock and ensures a clear warehouse organization for the sales team.
  • Maintains order and cleanliness in store stock and stock areas, following Stock/Store Manager and Company guidelines.
  • Keeps products in stock tidy and accessible to support the sales team effectively.
  • Manages all inventory activities, adhering to Company guidelines.
  • Responsible for the security of products and materials in stock.
  • Handles products to be repaired and manages their return process.
  • Coordinates with external suppliers for shipment of goods to customers, factories, or other stores, following guidelines.
  • Maintains contact with shipping teams and couriers to ensure correct shipping procedures and timing.
  • Supports the sales team in reaching targets by providing accurate stock information and updates.
  • Assists the sales team during the post-sales phase.
  • Manages activities related to end-of-season returns, following Store Manager guidelines.
  • Ensures proper archiving of shipping notes and related documents, both hard and soft copies.

Profile

Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Luxury Retail.
  • Experience in Harrods is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality.
  • Fluent in English.
