Job summary

Elizabeth Michael Associates LTD is seeking a Stock, Inventory & Logistics Coordinator in Masham to manage stock levels, forecast needs, and support procurement. You will work closely with finance leadership and contribute to business operations through data analysis and reporting.

The role offers hybrid or office-based working, with a typical schedule Mon–Fri and a focus on stock management, forecasting, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Experience with logistics or supply chain administration is a plus.
• Ability to forecast and plan inventory effectively.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting ability.
• Familiarity with stock management systems or ERP tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Stock, Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Are you highly organised with experience in stock control, inventory management or logistics?

We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, family-run business with years of history. This is a varied role with a strong focus on stock, inventory, forecasting and business operations.

Working closely with the Director of Finance and supporting the wider business, you will play an important role in ensuring stock levels are accurately managed and business data is monitored and analysed.

The Role

• Managing and monitoring stock and inventory levels
• Supporting with stock forecasting and planning
• Analysing stock data and identifying trends
• Producing reports using Excel
• Supporting with inventory control and stock management processes
• Liaising with suppliers and supporting procurement activity
• Supporting with logistics and the movement of stock
• Assisting with forecasting and wider operational planning
• Maintaining accurate records and data
• Supporting the wider business with administration and commercial activities as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Stock control or inventory management
• Logistics or supply chain administration

• Forecasting and planning
• Strong Excel skills
• Data analysis and reporting
• Working with stock management or inventory systems

Experience with Xero or stock management systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
