Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Workflow & Stock Inventory Controller in Aylesbury to help keep a busy distribution operation running smoothly. You will ensure orders are accurate, stock levels are correct and the team has work ready daily.

You will plan, count and audit stock, investigate shortages, and collaborate with warehouse and management teams to resolve issues quickly. The role is Sunday-Thursday, permanent and full-time, with a base salary of £30,500 and potential up to £2,000

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good IT skills, ideally including Excel and warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach.
• Ownership mindset to keep a warehouse running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Salary: £30,500 per year + potential £2,000 annual bonus
Shift: Sunday to Thursday
Hours: 45 hours per week
