Job summary

B&Q Limited in Bournemouth is hiring a Customer Advisor - Stock Flow on a part-time basis (28.75 hours per week) at £13.10 per hour. You’ll help keep the store stocked and safe, and you may gain a forklift license.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 3.45pm to 10pm, include weekends on a rota. The role emphasises teamwork, clear communication and driving efficiencies in stock flow. Join a diverse team at Castlepoint.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and planning skills in busy environments.
• Organised, analytical and able to keep things simple.
• Team oriented and willing to learn new technology.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Keep store stocked with items customers need and on display.
• Assist with stock flow processes and safety compliance.
• Support colleagues and work as part of a team.
• May obtain forklift license to improve efficiency.
