Responsibilities

• Be customer obsessed – consider impact on customer experience and deliver joy.
• Keep shelves well-stocked and merchandised for easy shopping.
• Deliver exceptional service to support high CSAT scores.
• Maintain tidy, safe warehouse and a well-run back area.
• Manage deliveries and clear handovers for smooth shift transitions.
• Support Click & Collect with accurate stock records.
• Investigate Click & Collect issues daily using analytics like PowerBI.
• Walk the warehouse weekly with Store Coach to spot improvements.
• Plan week with Stock Focus Planner and keep team informed.
• Run monthly stock self-audits to ensure reliability.
• Protect profits by managing Less Than Perfect Stock and returns data.
