Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead stock/warehouse teams.
• Strong focus on stock accuracy and store housekeeping.
• Experience using analytics to improve operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be customer obsessed – lead by example to improve the customer experience.
• Keep shelves well-stocked and merchandised for easy shopping.
• Deliver exceptional service to support high CSAT scores.
• Create a safe, tidy, and efficient workspace for the team.
• Manage deliveries and handovers to keep shelves full.
• Support Click & Collect with accurate stock records and processes.
• Investigate Click & Collect shorts using analytics to fix issues.
• Walk the warehouse weekly with Store Coach to spot improvements.
• Plan weekly activities with Stock Focus Planner to engage the team.
• Conduct monthly stock self-audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Protect profits by properly processing returns and handling LTPS.
