Job summary

Safetykleen in the UK is seeking a Stock Controller to own parts and materials within our Distribution Centre, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. You will maintain stock levels, handle goods-in, and collaborate with refurbishment, manufacturing and UK&I Branch Network to keep our operation moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory management with spare parts.
• Knowledge of MRP systems, preferably D365, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and proactive approach.
• Independent worker who also collaborates well with a team.
• Willingness to learn about machine parts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate parts for refurbishment, manufacturing, branches and external markets.
• Organise and dispatch parts efficiently, complying with export regulations
• Lead stock checks, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Receive, inspect and book in goods in an organised goods-in area
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and support production
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce stock risks
