Job summary

JDP is seeking a proactive Stock Controller to join our Supply Chain team and ensure stock is available at the right time and in the right place. You will manage Slim4 replenishment, process branch and supplier orders, and coordinate internal stock transfers to keep stock levels aligned with purchasing policies.

You will maintain accurate records, report on stock checks, analyse discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Managing Slim4 stock replenishment activities to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Processing branch and supplier orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinating and actioning internal stock transfers between branches.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and system information.
• Reporting on stock checks, analysing results and identifying discrepancies.
• Managing and controlling slow-moving and excess stock.
• Responding to branch and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, sharing product, supplier and market knowledge.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to team objectives.
