Job summary

ECHO Personnel is seeking an experienced Stock Controller / MHE Operative to join our client's busy manufacturing operation in Oakham. You will carry out cycle counts, check stock against SAP records and help maintain accurate stock information.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a flexible start/finish between 6:00am and 4:00pm. Salary up to £28,000 per year, with benefits and opportunities for training in MHE equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory within manufacturing/engineering.
• SAP WMS experience is required.
• Strong IT skills and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cycle counts and stock checks.
• Check stock against SAP records and investigate discrepancies.
• Update stock information within SAP WMS.
• Monitor stock accuracy and report results.
• Support production and inventory teams with stock queries.
• Assist with SAP stock corrections and inventory administration.
• Support improvements to stock control processes.
• Use MHE equipment as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized working environment.
