Job summary

Farmfoods is hiring a Stock Controller for our brand new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week across 5 days with an hourly rate of £13.69 and a weekend-inclusive pattern.

You will accurately count stock, maintain precise records, perform date checks, and allocate new product lines into pick sites. A positive, reliable mindset is essential, with training provided and a 15% staff discount as a perk.

Qualifications

• You must be aged 18 or over for Health and Safety reasons.
• You must be physically fit as this is a demanding role with productivity targets.
• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Experience in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is a plus.

Stock Controller

- Hours: 37.5hours across 5 days per week.

We are looking to recruit Stock Controllerswho will be responsible for controlling stock at our brand new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Details about the new site are included below:

• Address: Logicor Park Daventry, Royal Oak Way N, Daventry, NN11 8QL.

We offer a permanent full time position and have a variety of shift patterns available working 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day. We may also have some part time work available.

Shift patterns include:

• - Day shift - From 06:00 to 14:00

Pay, working hours & benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.69per hour for day shifts (£10.90if you are under 21).

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime is regularly available.

As one of our Stock Controllersyou will:

• - Allocate new product lines into pick sites.
• - Complete rack checks / inspections using a scisor lift (must be comfortable working from a height)

You will need:

• - To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (due to Health and Safety reasons).
• - To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
• - A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• - Although it is not essential, if you have experience of working in a warehouse environment or experience working with manual handling equipment then let us know about it in your application.
