Job summary

Yolk Recruitment are supporting the recruitment of a Stock Controller to join an established FMCG manufacturing business with sites across South Wales. This is a hands-on role focused on inventory accuracy, ERP systems, stock movements, cycle counting, reporting and process improvement, working closely with Finance, Production, Warehouse and other teams across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with stock control, inventory control or materials experience, ideally within FMCG

Qualifications

• Experience in Stock Controller or similar role.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing preferred.
• Excel skills with large data sets.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the monthly stock take and reconcile with ERP.
• Coordinate daily/weekly cycle counts and report variances.
• Monitor daily stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Validate delivery notes and record transactions in ERP system.
