Job summary

Pets at Home is hiring a Stock Controller for our Stafford Fulfilment Centre on a 3-month fixed-term basis. The role involves coordinating stock control, goods in/out, and ensuring accurate inventory within a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 24/7 live operational environment.
• Experience in Goods in / out processes.
• Proficient IT skills with Word and Excel to draft reports.
• Strong customer focus with attention to detail.
• Collaborative and resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport to deliver goods and maintain stock accuracy.
• Manage stock levels and warehouse processes as part of the stock control team.
• Ensure timely posting of orders and updates in the system.
• Monitor KPI stock performance and contribute to process improvements.
• Support in locating stock and resolving discrepancies.
