IPL Schoeller in Wolverhampton is seeking a Stock Controller to manage the exchange of materials between production and warehouse. The role requires a forklift operator with reach/counterbalance certification, stock control experience, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

You will maintain daily stock movement logs, ensure proper labeling, and support production planning. The position is on-site with continental shift patterns and GMP/H&S adherence are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Exchange raw materials and finished goods between production and warehouse.
• Ensure finished goods are accurately labelled and counted on entry to warehouse.
• Operate a forklift to move finished goods within designated areas.
• Prepare raw materials and packaging for production and log exchanges.
• Track scrap entering the warehouse from production.
• Log generation and consumption of regrind in warehouse movements.
• Ensure HOLD products are clearly identified and stored correctly.
• Produce daily stock movement logs for reporting.
• Maintain tidy, safe warehouse area in line with GMP and H&S guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
• Carry out daily forklift and MHE checks.
• Adhere to GMP and stock movement accuracy reporting.

The role

To ensure the efficient and accurate exchange of raw materials and finished goods between the production and warehouse team.

Role is based at our Wolverhampton site and is on a Continental Shift Pattern: 2 days, 0645am – 1900pm and 2 nights 1845pm – 0700am.

As a Stock Controller at IPL Schoeller you will:

• Being responsible for the exchange of raw materials and finished goods between production and warehouse
• Ensuring all finished goods are accurately labelled and counted when entering the warehouse
• Using a forklift to manoeuvrer finished goods in designated area
• Preparing raw material and packaging required for production is readily available and logged at point of exchange
• Tracking the amount of scrap entering the warehouse from production
• Logging the generation and consumption of regrind that enters and leaves the warehouse
• Ensuring all HOLD products are clearly identified and placed in designated area
• Producing daily stock movement log
• Responsible for ensuring warehouse area is tidy and presentable in line with company H&S and GMP guidelines
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Carrying out daily FLT and MHE checks
• The Stock Controller must adhere to GMP and familiar with stock movement accuracy report.
