About The Role

This role is based at our Hop Hub Site in Motherwell. You must be within commuting distance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure accurate stock levels through regular checks and updates in SAP and WMS.
  2. Investigate discrepancies and queries related to stock levels.
  3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
  4. Manage destruction loads for damaged stock following HMRC guidelines.
  5. Generate reports and analyze stock data for management.
  6. Support goods-in processes and purchase order setup.
  7. Follow hold and release procedures.
  8. Engage with third-party warehouses to maintain consistent stock levels.

  • Seek continuous improvement and innovation in processes.
  • Maintain safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

About You
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in an office-based, customer-focused, or FMCG environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with SAP and WMS systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and positive approach.
