Alex Monroe Ltd. is seeking a proactive Stock Controller to oversee day-to-day stock across the business. You will lead stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and work across departments to maximise sales through accurate replenishment.

Ideal candidates have experience in stock roles, strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to forecast demand and manage multiple systems. London-based luxury retail experience is a plus.

At Alex Monroe we design, manufacture and sell beautiful jewellery. We’re really all about people. We have a wonderful bunch of people working here, and a wonderful lot of customers too!Everything is handmade right here in the UK by skilled craftspeople, from our fantastic workshop in the heart of London to our beautiful stores in London Bridge and Covent Garden.

We are on the search for a proactive stock controller with excellent communication skills. A person who can confidently balance the differing needs of individual sales departments & who will play a vital role in overseeing the day to day management of stock across the company to maximize sales opportunities in all channels. They will ensure accurate and timely stock rotation, replenishment and problem solving stock issues when they arise.

You will be responsible for leading, planning, coordinating and overseeing company-wide stocktakes, ensuring they are carried out efficiently, accurately in line with company procedures and to the highest standards. Proactively investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, documenting findings and analysing trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Using these insights you will enhance stock accuracy, improve operational efficiency and drive sales.

You will be a confident, analytical individual with a proactive approach to optimising stock levels. Using demand forecasting, you will plan ahead to ensure stock is ordered and distributed to departments in good time to maximise sales.

Salary: £31,000 to £33,000 depending on experience
